Shannon excels in effective communication and has a strong passion for procurement and analytics. In her 25+ years in the software industry, she’s held a variety of roles including technology trainer, product manager, sales consultant, and marketing leader – yet it all began with her first role as a Buyer.
While she got her start at large organizations such as Oracle and Ariba that were early leaders in the Source to Settle space, she loves the pace of innovation that occurs at smaller companies. Raindrop brings it all together with technology built for today that allows organizations to quickly adapt and meet their buying needs while empowering employees to focus on what they do best.
Having resided and worked across the globe, Shannon currently lives in Durham, North Carolina with her husband, two sons, and a delightful flock of chickens.
